Ingredients :
Chicken with bones
Vegetable of your choice (potatoes,carrots,beans,capsicum,corn)
Ginger & garlic paste -1Tbsp
Chicken stock-1 cube
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Salt -to taste
Water 3-5 cups
Oats -1cup
Method :
In a pressure cooker add chicken, vegetables, chicken stock cube, turmeric, salt, & water . Pressure cook for 2 whistles. Take out the chicken pieces and shred it . Add the shredded chicken, capsicum, pepper powder and boil for 5 minutes.
In a mixer, add a cup on instant oats and a cup of warm water . Blend this mixture to a fine paste and add into the soup whisking gently . Adjust the consistency and simmer for 5mins.
Serve hot with ginger julienne And pepper powder.
