So, it’s been a while since I uploaded a full YouTube video that was not a “short”. I’ve been working on getting healthier, and most importantly feeling better. Hyper Nourishment is a term I ran across on YouTube while researching how to improve or cure autoimmune disease. I found Dr. Goldners content on how she healed from lupus and wanted to try her protocol on my own. Honestly, I’m looking to simply feel better and improve my health. Healing my alopecia areata in the process of getting healthier would be great as well. Being plant based is something I’ve been experimenting with in my personal day to day life. Although I’m trying the protocol, I have not fully committed to living a fully plant-based diet, but I will say the transition has not been that bad. So, today I decided to share my 16oz green smoothie recipe on my channel. I’ll update you in the next video on whether I continued to stay on the auto-immune reversal protocol or not.
