My 5 Steps Recipe for Healthy Chicken Breast- Step 1- Properly washing the pieces Step 2- Marinating the pieces with piri piri mix, mixed herbs and black salt and pepper. Step 3- Put 1 tbsp of Ghee/Butter in hot pan(non-stick) Step 4- Roast the pieces 5 mins each side and cook it till it turns brown. (for juicy taste) Step5- Toast some veggies and have it as a suppliment to the meal. I like to use the piri piri mix and herbs mix from Snapin, you can use any brand Eat Healthy and Stay Safe and Stay Simply Fit. ?
