Wash and clean the chicken breast. Thinly Slice the chicken breast 2. Combine the paprika, garlic powder, ginger powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper sprinkle evenly over both sides of the chicken to coat. Let it rest for 30-60 minutes. 3. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add in oil, add the chicken breasts and cook 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove the chicken to a plate and set aside. 4. In a sauce pan, add butter, Add the garlic minced, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes to the pan and stir well to combine. Let the sauce cook for 2 minutes to thicken over low heat. 5. Add salt, pepper powder, chili flakes. Add in grated Parmesan and spinach, Continue cooking over low heat until spinach has wilted and sauce has thickened, about 2-3 minutes. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Serve immediately.
