Chicken Drumsticks in Oven| Grilled Spicy Chicken| Chicken Leg Recipe| Oven Roasted Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks|
Juicy, Tender and Moist chicken Drumsticks| Smokey Red ChickenTandoori| Chicken Drumstick Restaurant Style

These Oven-Baked Tender Chicken Drumsticks are simple to make and are finger licking good! This is very easy recipe, only key is a marination.

– Chicken Drumsticks (approx. 500 gms)
1st Marinade:
-Black pepper- 1tsp
– Lemon Juice- 3 tsp

2nd Marinade:
– Salt -1 tsp
– Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
– Red Chili Powder- 2 tsp
– Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
– Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp
– Tandoori Chicken Masala- 1tbsp
– Oil- 2 tsp

– Wash and pat dry the Chicken Legs.
– Now make 3-4 slits on them, as shown in the video.
1st Marination:

– For the 1st Marination, take the legs in a bowl and add all the items for the 1st marinade. Mix it well, making sure that the marinade is rubbed inside the slits.
– Cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for around 1 hour.
2nd Marination:

– To make the 2nd Marinade, add all the ingredients in first marination as shown in the video.
– Now mix it well, making sure the marinade coats the chicken completely and massaged well inside the slits.
– Now cover the bowl and keep in the refrigerator for minimum 2 hrs.


– Preheat the oven to 390F or 200 degrees C.
-Coat Baking tray with cooking oil.
– Arrange the marinated chicken legs on a Baking tray.
– Slide tray in the top slot of the oven.
– bake for 20 mins at 390 F or 200 degrees C. After 20 mins, coat chicken leg with melted butter and flip the chicken pieces to the other side.
– Bake for another 10 mins at same temperature on the other side.
– After 10 mins broil chicken pieces for 10 mins.
– Remove the tray once the edges of the chicken are lightly charred.
– Serve Hot.
