Hello Folks!
I hope I find you all well. So tonight for tea we had these amazingly tasty creamy chicken puff pastry bakes 🙂 These are very similar to a Greggs chicken bake…so if you like those, you’ll probably enjoy these too 🙂
Everything I used will be below.

What I used – Serves 4 generously
500g (16.9 oz) Chicken breast mini fillets
450 ml (15.2 oz) Chicken stock – I used Knorr chicken stock
1 Puff pastry sheet – Mine was from Aldi
1 Tablespoon butter
3 Tablespoons cornflour
3 Tablespoons cold water
200ml (6.7 oz) Double/heavy cream
2 Tablespoons cream cheese – I used Philadelphia
A pinch of celery salt
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Beaten egg
