I meant to talk about the difference between juicing greens and blending them: blending retains the fiber and fills you up; since I’ve been eating low-carb I’ve gotten sick of eating eggs or protein bars for breakfast and the little pre-mix shakes you can buy leave me hungry before lunch, but these keep me satisfied and gives me a punch of nutrients. Juice is super concentrated, but there is no fiber, so you will not be as full.
