This is one of my favourite recipes for Greek roast chicken with summer veggies which also happens to be filmed on location in Greece. This one pan tray bake recipe is perfect for those of us that like great food but not the great clean-up. This chicken recipe gets prepared, cooked and served all in one pan and is really healthy.
