Ingredients:
Goan Peas Pulao
1 ½ cups Basmati Rice (washed & soaked)
1 ½ cups Onion
½ cup Tomato
½ cup Green Peas
10 Cloves
10 Green Cardamom Pods
2" Cinnamon Stick
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
3 cups boiling Water
Salt to Taste
Serves: 4

2 large Green Chillies

10 Garlic Cloves
12 Peppercorns

1 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
