1) Multicolored Detoxifying Raw Papaya Salad
Ingredients:
Grated Raw Papaya - 1 Bowl
Grated Carrot- 1 Medium
Tomato Sliced- 1 Medium
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)- Handful
Green Chilly (Optional) - As per taste
For Dressing :
Roasted Peanuts- 2 tbsp
Jaggery - 2 tbsp
Rock/Himalayan Salt- To taste
Lemon- Half
Method:
In a Large Bowl, Mix in all the Vegetables
Next in a grinder, take all the dressing ingredients and with a little water, make a fine paste.
Mix the dressing along with the salad and serve.
2) Beetroot Pomegranate Glow Salad:
Ingredients:
Grated Beetroot - 1 Bowl
Curd/Yogurt - 1 Cup
Pomegranate - 1/2 Cup
Salt- To taste
Black Pepper Powder- 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)- Handful
Green Chilly (Optional) - As per taste
For Tempering:
Curry Leaves- 1 stem
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies- Optional
Oil- 1/2 tsp
Method:
In a Large Mixing Bowl, take all the ingredients except tempering ones, and mix well.
Next take a tempering pan, take some oil and heat. Add all the remaining ingredients and once they start spluttering, mix them with the salad and serve.
