Minced beef-----320gm
Bean sprout-----500gm
Garlic-------------4 cloves
Onion-------------120 gm
Carrots-----------60gm
Tomato-----------120gm
Bell peppers----50gm
Achuete powder--1 tbsp
Fish sauce------3 tbsp
Bay leaves------2 leaf
Ground black pepper--1 tsp
Salt---------------1 tsp
cooking oil------30ml
Water------------300ml
Heat some oil add the bay leaves onion garlic and tomatoes saute for 2 minutes. Now add the minced beef stir and cook for 5 minutes until becoming light brown. Next, add the atchuete powder diluted to water and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the carrots bell peppers and bean sprouts mix it well then add some fish sauce ground black pepper and salt .cover and cook for another 5 minutes and it is ready to serve.
