How to get better sleep? You can get better sleep by eating the right foods.

Recipe
Freeze several bananas the night before or at least one hour before making the smoothie.
Cut up and freeze one mango and one passion fruit. You can also buy these fruits already frozen.
To a blender add one scoop of vanilla protein powder,
Add half of one frozen banana
Add 1/2 cup of frozen mango
Add 1/2 cup of frozen passion fruit
Add one orange not frozen
Add 1 Cup of your favorite milk, more if needed if it’s too thick
Blend all the ingredients in the blender and enjoy
