Watch this recipe of Garlic Chicken Thigh with Creamy Sauce and give it a try today. #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou #AbSabSeHoPayega #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnessBarhao #DigitalAmmi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3Re1OqA Serves 3-4 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Lehsan (Garlic) 1 bulb -Boneless chicken thighs with skin 500g -Namak (Salt) to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste -Dried oregano to taste -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup -Mushroom sliced ½ Cup -Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs -Yakhni (Stock) 2 Cups Substitute: 1 stock cube dissolve in 2 Cups of water) -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Paprika powder ½ tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Dried rosemary 1 tsp -Dried thyme 1 tsp -Sundried tomatoes chopped 2 tbs (optional) -Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature) -Fresh basil chopped Directions: -Cut garlic bulb in half from the center & set aside. -On a greased cast iron pan,place chicken pieces (skin side down),garlic bulb (open side up),sprinkle salt, black pepper crushed,dried oregano & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes then flip sprinkle salt, black pepper crushed,dried oregano,cover & cook on low flame until done (5-6 minutes),turn sides in between & set aside. -In the same pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt. -Add onion & sauté until translucent. -Add mushrooms & sauté for 1-2 minutes. -Add roasted garlic pulp & mix well. -Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for a minute. -Gradually add stock while mixing,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add salt,paprika powder,black pepper powder,dried rosemary,dried thyme,sundried tomatoes,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes. -Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well. -Turn on the flame,add cooked chicken thighs,sprinkle fresh basil leaves & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Lehsan (Garlic) 1 bulb -Boneless chicken thighs with skin 500g -Namak (Salt) to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste -Dried oregano to taste -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup -Mushroom sliced ½ Cup -Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs -Yakhni (Stock) 2 Cups Substitute: 1 stock cube dissolve in 2 Cups of water) -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Paprika powder ½ tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Dried rosemary 1 tsp -Dried thyme 1 tsp -Sundried tomatoes chopped 2 tbs (optional) -Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature) -Fresh basil chopped Directions: -Lehsan bulb ko center mein sa cut ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Greased cast iron pan mein chicken pieces (skin side down),lehsan bulb (open side up),namak,kali mirch crushed aur dried oregano dal ker darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein phir flip karein, namak,kali mirch crushed aur dried oregano dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per paka lein (5-6 minutes) aur bech bech mein sides turn kertay rahein & side per rakh dein. -Us he pan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein. -Pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein. -Mushroom dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya saute ker lein. -Roasted garlic pulp dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein. -Thora thora ker ka yakhni shamil karein aur mix kertay hoye 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Namak,paprika powder,kali mirch powder,dried rosemary,dried thyme & sundried tomatoes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein. -Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Chulha on karein,cooked chicken thighs aur fresh basil leaves dal ker serve karein!
