This colorful fruit salad recipe is super easy, quick and super healthy and can be eaten at any time of the day. I added chat masala, paneer, cashews and honey to fruit salad to give extra punch to taste. This is definitely the most healthy meal you can have in a day and its perfect for parties, picnics and potlucks. Kids usually don’t eat fruits but if you serve them like this they never say no. Try this simple recipe and make your family healthy.

Ingredients:
1 cup Papaya (diced)
1 cup Banana (sliced)
1 cup Apple (diced)
1 cup Kiwi (sliced)
1 cup Strawberries (sliced)
½ cup Grapes
½ cup Oranges (diced)
50 gm Paneer (diced and sliced)
10-12 Cashews (chopped)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Honey
Instructions:
1. Lets start making fruit salad, first wash all fruits thoroughly in clean water. Now cut apples in small pieces as shown in video, if you don’t like apple skin you can also peel it. Next I have peeled papaya which is really good for health and cut into pieces like shown in video. Now cut banana pieces in small round slices. After that use a kiwi fruit, peel its skin and dice it into quarter sizes. Now cut each kiwi quarter piece into small slices. Now take some oranges which are rich source of Vitamin C, I am using seedless oranges and cut them into two halves from centre. Now take some black grapes and use them as it is.
2. Now take some strawberries, chop the top part and again cut them into quarter sizes. Now take some paneer and cut them into small cubes, or you can also cut into thin slices as shown in video. We added paneer to give extra soft taste to fruit salad. If you are using frozen paneer I will suggest to dip paneer into hot water for 15-20 mins to make it soft. If you want to make fruit salad vegan you can also use Tofu instead of Paneer. Finally, for a nutty flavor roughly chop some cashews.
3. Now add all fruits and paneer pieces in a big mixing bowl. To make fruit salad extra delicious I am also adding some chat masala, lemon juice and honey. Now mix them well so that all flavors are absorbed by fruits. Once they are mixed well transfer them in a serving bowl. Now put some chopped cashews on top and garnish it with a mint leave. And our super healthy fruit salad is ready to taste.
Tips n Tricks:
1. If you don’t have above fruits you can use other fruits according to your own taste.
2. If you want to make it vegan use Tofu instead of Paneer and sugar instead of honey.
