In this video, I will show you how to make fried egg with chicken recipe. The recipe can make for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner or for whenever you are hungry. It's very easy to make, It doesn't take long to cook and it's very delicious. Hop you will like my easy egg recipe today.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 yellow onion, diced
100 g cooked chicken breast, diced
30 g chopped garlic
A little salt to taste
A little black pepper to taste
50 g grated cheese of your choice
2 teaspoons butter
A little Italian season
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
1.Crack eggs into a bowl, season the eggs with salt and black pepper. Using a fork to beat the ingredients together.
2.Melt the butter in a p over medium heat.
3.Add the onion, garlic and chicken breast.
4.Season with salt and Italian seasoning.
5.Sauté the ingredients for about 5 minutes until the onion is cooked and tender.
6.Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and sauté the eggs for about 1 minute.
7.Transfer the fried egg with chicken to a plate.
8.Garnich with chopped parsley and ENJOY!
