Fried Chicken Drumstick Indian recipe or Parsi Marghi Na Farcha- We Gastronomic Bengalis are open to experimentation and enjoy all kind of food and cuisine; there was a time when a strong Parsi community used to live in Kolkata, and like Mughlai and other cuisines there were numbers of Parsi cafe in Kolkata. Because of the declining Parsi population in Kolkata, nowadays it's hard to get good Parsi food in Kolkata. But you can make this delicious Parsi dish in your kitchen and enjoy!
