NGREDIENTS
1 onion, diced
6 small red potatoes, quartered
2 cups sliced carrots
1½–2 lbs. boneless, skinless turkey thighs
¼ cup flour
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
10¾-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
⅔ cup chicken broth or water
Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 4-Quart
Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker.
Place turkey thighs over vegetables.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over turkey.
Cover. Cook on High 30 minutes. Reduce heat to Low and cook 7 hours.
