Give your meal a delicious twist by making Firecracker Chicken Fried Rice and share your feedback with us. #FirecrackerChicken #FriedRice #SooperChef Ingredients for Chicken Marination: Boneless chicken (cubes) 700 g Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 tsp Red chili flakes 1 tsp Corn flour 1 tbsp Eggs 2 Oil for frying Ingredients for Fried Rice: Water as required Guard Basmati Rice 2 cups Salt 1 ½ tsp Oil 2 tbsp Soaked rice 2 cup Oil 1/4 cup Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp Carrot (chopped) 1 cup Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Boiled Rice Green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup Firecracker Chicken Sauce: Oil 3 tbsp Hot sauce 1 cup Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tbsp Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp Brown sugar 1/4 cup Salt to taste Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp Directions for Chicken Preparation: In a bowl, add boneless chicken cubes, salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, corn flour, eggs and oil. Coat the chicken well and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Now heat oil in a pan, and shallow fry your marinated chicken cubes for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Take out of the oil and set aside. Directions for Fried Rice Preparation: Add water and rice in bowl and soak the rice for 20-25 mins. Now bring water to boil in a large pot, add salt and oil and let boil. Add soaked rice and boil until 80% done. Drain the water and set aside. Then heat oil in a pan, add garlic, sauté for 1 minute or until golden brown. Add chopped carrot and capsicum and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then, add salt, black pepper powder and vinegar and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add boiled rice and chopped green onion. Give it a good mix and your fried rice is ready. Directions for Firecracker Sauce Preparation: Now heat oil in another pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute or until it gets golden brown. Add hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar and cook for about 4-5 minutes on medium low heat. Add salt and chili flakes and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the desired consistency has reached. Directions for Firecracker Chicken Preparation: Now, add your fried chicken cubes, coat into the sauce well. Your Firecracker chicken is ready. Serve with Fried Rice. Preparation time: 15 mins Cooking time: 50 mins Serving: 5-6
