You have got to try this Eggless red velvet cupcakes recipe with cream cheese frosting! It is easily my most favourite frosting, period.
It is an easy, no egg recipe!

Measurements -
Eggless red velvet cupcakes
120 grams (2/3 - 3/4cup ) Maida
5 grams / 2 Tsp cocoa powder
3/4 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp salt
2/3 Cup or 130 grams castor sugar
2 Tsp Vinegar
160 grams or 2/3 cup milk
80 ml vegetable oil or 1/3 cup
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 Tsp Vinegar
Red gel colour around 1-2 tsps
Cream cheese frosting -
120 grams cream cheese
1/4 cup icing sugar
100 grams whipping cream
Bake at 170 C for approximately 20 mins
