Chicken White Stew recipe is a quick and easy stew recipe made with very minimum easily available ingredients. Tip – Make sure the spices are added to the hot oil and let it bring out the aroma before adding any other ingredients. 800 g onions
1 kg chicken
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped ginger
5-6 green chillies
1 tbso ginger paste
1 tbso garlic paste
1 cup curd
1 tsp heaped salt
Whole spices:
1 mace
1 black cardamom
½ tsp cloves
1 tsp black pepper
8-9 green cardamom
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
½ cup oil
