Easy Quinoa Chicken Recipe


This is a Chicken and Quinoa Bowl recipe where you can add boiled eggs instead of Chicken or even boiled black beans for a vegetarian option. It is a complete and healthy, low carb recipe. Here I have used black quinoa(Please note that black quinoa is different from the white one as it retains a little nuttiness to it.) But both take almost the same time and water to cook. Also, the chicken used was brined overnight so that it doesn't dry out. Ingredients: - 1 Chicken breast - 1 Bowl Quinoa - 1/2 Bowl Chopped Carrot - 1 Big Onion - 1 Bowl Chopped Tomatoes - Chopped Coriander (To garnish) - 1 to 2 Tablespoon Oil - Salt to taste - 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder - 1 Spoon Garlic paste Chicken Marinade: - 1 Tablespoon Oil - 1 Spoon Garlic paste - 1 Spoon Mustard Paste - Add Salt if there is no salt in the Mustard Paste Music: https://www.bensound.com
