4 cup cooked pasta
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup yellow onion
1 cup mayo
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup thousand Island dressing or to taste
