Easy Pan Grilled Chicken Kebab | Grilled Chicken Kebab | Pan Grilled Chicken Skewers | Chicken Kebab On The Pan | Grilled Chicken Recipe | Easy Chicken Kebab Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Kebab: (Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon) - Boneless Chicken - 300 gms cut into 1.5 inch tikka pieces Marinade: - Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp - Cumin powder-1/4 tsp - Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tsp - Salt- 1/2 tsp + pinch - Lemon juice-1 tsp - Thick whisked curd-2 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp - Oil-1 tbsp - Dry roasted & crushed kasuri methi-1/2 tsp Other Ingredients: - Oil- 2 tbsp - Melted butter for basting- 1 tbsp - Coriander leaves, chopped- 2 tbsp Preparation: - Cut the boneless thighs and breast fillets into around 1.5 inch tikka pieces. - Dry roast the kasuri methi and crush it with your hand. - Marinate with the items specified earlier. Mix well and set aside to marinate for around an hour. - Fine chop the coriander leaves and cut the lemon/lime into wedges to be used for garnish. - In case you’re using wooden skewers soak the skewers in water for 30 mins before you skewer. - Now skewer the chicken pieces in the wooden skewer, around 5-6 pieces in each skewer. Brush it with the balance marinade. Process: - Preheat the grill pan and then brush the pan with oil. - Now place the skewers side by side to not crowd the pan. - Grill on medium heat for around 3 mins and then flip and continue to grill on 3 mins. - Now baste with melted butter and keep grilling on low-medium heat for around 4-5 mins till the chicken is tender and browned. - Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon wedges. - Serve as a starter. #grilledchickenkebab #grilledchickenskewers #pangrilledchicken #chickentikkakebab #chickentikka #chickenkebab #spiceeats #spiceeatsrecipes #spiceeatschicken
