Very Easy Keto Beef Stroganoff With Cauliflower Rice Recipe.
Ingredients: (for 4 servings)
Stroganoff
+ 700 g sirloin steak
+ 2 tbsp butter
+ 2 yellow onions
+ 2 garlic cloves
+ 3 tbsp tomato paste
+ 2 tbsp paprika powder
+ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
+ 700 ml water
+ salt and pepper
+ 1 tsp dried thyme
+ 225 ml heavy whipping cream
+ salt
Cauliflower rice
+ 700 g cauliflower
+ 4 tbsp butter
+ ½ tsp salt
+ 2 tbsp fresh parsley
Prepare:
1. Cut the beef into small pieces.
2. Chop the onion finely.
3. Mince garlic cloves.
4. Chop parsley finely.
How to cook:
1. In a large pan over medium heat, fry the garlic and onion in butter until they become soft.
2. Stir fry the Beef for a couple of minutes on each side until lightly browned and seared.
3. Add onion, tomato paste, dijon mustard, paprika, thyme and water.
4. Let simmer on low heat until the meat is tender, approximately 1 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add heavy cream and let simmer for 10 more minutes.
6. During this time you shred cauliflower which you fry in butter, add salt to taste.
7. Serve the beef Stroganoff together with the cauliflower rice. Add some parsley on top.
