Easy italian pasta salad...takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. Hope you enjoy! Ingredients used: 2 boxes of tri color rotini pasta 1 jar of artichokes 1 package of pre slice italian salami (cut each slice into 4 pieces) 1 package of favorite cheese (used monterey jack) 1/4 cup of sliced white onion or red onion 1 can of garbanzo beans (drained) 1 green pepper sliced Sprinkled with oregano to act as a garnish over noodles *optional Mix all the ingredients above, then dress with your favorite Italian dressing to your liking.
