Ingredients-
Chicken Lasagna:
Chicken Sauce-
2 medium or 1.5 large onions
1 can(400g) of tomatoes+ 2 fresh tomatoes (you can use all fresh tomatoes if you want)
3 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
2 tsp smoked paprika powder
1.5 tsp oregano
2 tsp cayenne pepper
Few rosemary leaves(optional)
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
750g shredded chicken
1 cup leftover chicken broth or water(you can add less if you want thick sauce)
Bechamel(white) sauce-
45g(3 tbsp) butter
45g (5 tbsp) all-purpose flour
600 ml milk
More milk or chicken broth if your sauce is too thick
Salt to taste
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella
10-12 lasagna sheets
