Easy Healthy Chickpea Salad Recipe

You will need a bowl and the following ingredients to prepare it. Ingredients: 2 cups of romaine lettuce 1 cup of cooked chickpeas; its best to choose BPA free cans Spinach which is high in iron Fresh parsley Sunflower seeds which are high in zinc Sesame seeds which are high in calcium Salt and pepper (to taste) For the dressing mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
