In this video, I will show you how to prepare an easy healthy chickpea salad.
You will need a bowl and the following ingredients to prepare it.
Ingredients:
2 cups of romaine lettuce
1 cup of cooked chickpeas; its best to choose BPA free cans
Spinach which is high in iron
Fresh parsley
Sunflower seeds which are high in zinc
Sesame seeds which are high in calcium
Salt and pepper (to taste)
For the dressing mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Toss it up! This is a great lunch or dinner option salad!
