Easy ground beef low carb recipe! Keto friendly too!


This delicious deconstructed stuffed pepper is so easy and a staple in out house! Its low carb, keto and Weight Watchers approved! This low carb dish can be made in under 30 minutes and I offer 2 options for serving. I eat mine low carb and the rest of the family opts for some Weight Watchers points with some Jasmine rice. Either way its delish!
