Easy Ground Beef from Frozen

Serve up some delicious meals with ground beef and save time with our Cooking from Frozen series! 1. Take beef from freezer 2.Preheat pan to medium/high heat 3. Add cooking oil (olive oil, avocado oil are great options!) 4. Place beef in pan 5. Sear on one side for 1 minute - discuss browning meat for flavor 6. Flip beef in pan and scrape cooked part off into pan repeat until all beef is cooked and browned 7. Add spices of your choice, including salt and pepper 8. Add tomato sauce - lower temp & simmer 9. Serve however you prefer and enjoy!
