RAS MALAI:
1 cup Milk Powder
1 tablespoon all purpose flour (Maida)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 big egg
1 Litre Milk
6 tablespoons Sugar
Cardamom seeds as needed
Almonds as needed
STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
1 cup Chocolate chips or cooking chocolate
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 cup yogurt ( strain water with a cloth or use Greek yogurt. Add icing sugar if the yogurt is sour)
8 strawberries
CHOCOLATE RIPPLE CHEESECAKE
24 Oreo Cookies
4 tablespoons Melted butter
900 gm Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar (icing sugar) or according to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups (940 ml) heaving cream (whipping cream)
2 teaspoons gelatin powder
1 cup melted chocolate (we need 6 tablespoons)
Preparation:
Bowl 1 = 3 cups mixture + no chocolate
Bowl 2 = 2 cups mixture + 1 tablespoon chocolate
Bowl 3 = 2 ½ cups mixture + 3 tablespoons chocolate
Bowl 4 = 1 cup mixture + 2 tablespoons chocolate
