Curd (Whisked) : 3 tsp
Red Chili Powder : 1/2 tsp
For Cooking:
Cooking Oil : As required
Ghee / Clarified Butter : 4 tsp
Potato Pieces : 2 pc (Medium size)
Bay leaf / Tej Patta : 2 pc
Cardamom / Elaichi : 2 pc
Clove / Laung : 2 pc
Cinnamon / Darchini : 1 pc
Onion (Chopped) : 2 pc (Medium size)
Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder : 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli : 4 pc
Salt : To taste
Rice (Long Grain Basmati) : 1 & 1/2 cup
Water : 3 cup
NOTE : Rice and Water will be in 1:2 ratio
