सामग्री Ingredients for easy chicken afghani recipe
1/2 kg chicken
1 big size onion roughly chopped
2 to 3 inch ginger roughly chopped
10 to 12 garlic cloves
3 green chilli roughly chopped
1 handfull green coriander
1 tsp salt or as per your taste
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp dry roasted fenugreek leafs crushed
100 gram homemade cream
100 gram curd
1 tsp white vinagar
2 tbsp refined oil
1 small piece of cinnamon
2 green cardamom
some mace
3 cloves & a piece of charcoal & some oil for smokey flavour
