Important Notes: • Use tender cuts of meat, para sure na malambot ang finished product. Pwede rin tofu. • For this recipe, Oyster sauce is better than soy sauce. Mas malapot ang Oyster sauce, it will easily coat your meats. • Naglalagay tayo ng oil sa garlic to prevent discoloration. Ito ay kailangan ilagay sa ref, at magamit within 2-3 days to retain freshness and prevent contamination. Pwede rin i-freezer for up to a month.
