Buffalo meat - 750 gms
ginger - 1 inch piece
garlic - 5
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
chilli powder - 2 tsp
coriander powder - 3 tsp
salt - 1 tsp or to taste
water - 1/2 cup if needed
For frying
coonut oil - 4 tbsp
curry leaves - 2 sprigs
garam masala - 1 tsp
black pepper powder - 1 tsp
