Apple Pudding Ingredient :
Pudding
1apple
500g milk
4tbs cornflour or 50g
90g sugar
1g sufforn
1tbs rose water

Decorations:
1apple
1tbs sugar
1tsp cinnamon
1tbs butter
20g walnuts

Apple Pudding Recipe :
1) peel the apple
2) cut the apple into small pieces
3) Add milk to apples, blend smooth
4) Skip the strainer
5) Add sugar and corn flour and mix well
6) pour in a pan and put it on low heat
7) stir constantly until boil
* You can add saffron and rose water too *
6) Pour in dessert cup and let it cool.
7) peel and cut another apple into slices
8) Add cinnamon,a little sugar and butter to the apple.
9) Put it on medium heat, cook for 5 minutes.
10) Pour over the apple dessert
*You can add some walnuts too*

How long will it last?
It will last 2-3 days. Cover with plastic or foil, or place in a sealed container. I usually keep it on the counter. You can also place it in the fridge if you wish. This is a great recipe for making ahead of time if needed.

What is the best way to reheat baked apple pudding?
The easiest way is in the microwave. I like to scoop into serving bowls and pop it in for about 30-45 seconds. Heat to your desired temperature. You can also reheat in a moderate oven for about 10 minutes. Perfect for reheating the entire dish before serving.

You can experiment a little with this recipe. In fact, it would be really hard to mess it up.

Gluten-free flour blend can be used in place of the all-purpose flour.
Margarine can be used in place of butter.
You can increase, decrease or even remove one or more of the spices. If you don’t like the taste of cloves leave it out. You can make it with all cinnamon if you prefer.
Any apple works in this recipe. I have made it with just about every variety.
You don’t have to add the topping before baking (but it is like icing on a cake).
