Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl Recipe


This colour is seriously so gorgeous and it all comes from the frozen pink dragonfruit ?. I love this fruit because it's not super sweet and it's a great source of vitamin C, plus it contains some calcium, iron, fibre, omega 3 fats and is full of antioxidants. The perfect fruit to show your hormones some love ?with that delicious combo of nutrients.⁠ ⁠ TO MAKE:⁠ ⁠ Add to a food processor:⁠ • 1 cup of frozen dragonfruit⁠ • 1 small frozen banana (or 1/2 lrg banana)⁠ • 1 scoop plain pea protein powder⁠ • 1 tbsp LSA⁠ • 1 tbsp chia seeds⁠ • 1/4-1/2C almond milk (depending on the strength of your blender, you may need more)⁠ • Dash of cinnamon⁠ ⁠ Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl. Top with sunflower seeds, chia seeds, pepitas and shredded coconut.⁠ Give this a try!
