Dragon Chicken "Recipes from all over the world" series: Indo-Chinese special

It is an Indochinese dish in which Chicken strips are marinated, fried and sauteed in a spicy and tangy sauce. These are usually served as dragon an appetizer or as a side dish with chicken fried rice or vegetable fried rice or Singaporean fried rice or any other Asian rice preparation. It combines Chinese cooking techniques with Indian flavors. Amazingly good and just perfect with rice.
