Ingredients for Dragon Chicken:
- Boneless chicken strips- 350 gms
Marinate chicken with:
- Salt- 1tsp
- White pepper powder- 1tsp
- Soy sauce- 2 tsp
For the batter:
- All purpose flour/ maida- 3 tbsp
- Cornflour- 5 tbsp
- Baking powder-1tsp
- Salt- 1tbsp
- White pepper powder- 1 tsp
- Egg- 1
For the Gravy:
- Garlic chopped- 12 cloves
- Dried red chillies, halved- 4(8 halves)
- Red onion, thick sliced- 1 big
- Cashew nuts halved and fried- 25(50 halves)
- Green pepper/capsicum julienned- 1 small
- Red pepper julienned- 1 small
- Red Chilli sauce- 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce- 2 tsp
- Tomato sauce- 5 tbsp
- Chilli Flakes- 1tsp
- Salt- a pinch (2 tsp)
- Sugar- 1 tbsp
- Water- 2 tbsp
- Oil- 4 tbsp
For garnish:
- Spring onion greens chopped- 1 tbsp
- White sesame seeds- 1/2 tsp
Note - It's a starter dish...You may have it as side dish also( with Fried Rice/ Rumali Ruti/ Noodles )
