Double Layer Chicken Burger:
Ingredients
Chicken Burger patty 1 packet
Sesame seeds Buns 4
Tomato sliced 2
Ice burg as required
Cheese sliced 4
Oil as required
For sauce
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1tsp
Garlic crushed 1/2 tsp
Heat oil and fry chicken patty well. Mix all ingredients of sauce. Toast bun well. Place cheese slice, ice burg, chicken patty, sauce and tomato slice on bun. Place second part of bun, serve.
Vegetable Kofta In Creamy Sauce:
Ingredients for kofta:
Potatoes boiled 2-3
Corn starch 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Green chilies chopped 1tbsp
Roasted cumin 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Carrot 2 tbsp
Capsicum 2 tbsp
Spring onion 2 tbsp
Cabbage 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Ingredients for Creamy Tomato Sauce:
Onion, chopped 1
Tomato puree 1 cup
Cashews paste 1/4 cup
Garlic ginger 1 tsp
All spice powder 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coconut milk 1 cup
Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
Cilantro, cream for garnish
Method:
Mix all ingredients of kofta. Coat with cornstarch and fry in heat oil. Fry onion in hot oil. Add tomato puree, turmeric, ginger garlic, turmeric, red chili powder and salt mix well. Add cashew paste and coconut milk. Add koftay, all spice and fenugreek mix well. Add cream mix well and leave for simmer. Remove in dish garnish with green coriander and cream.
