Recipe:
All purpose flour 1.5 cups
Egg 1
Sugar powdered 3 tbs
Yeast 1 tbs
Salted Butter 3 tbs melted
Milk warm as required
Mix all ingredients and knead with warm milk
Cover and let it rest for 1-2 hrs
Dough will rise to double
Now make toppings
1st topping
Coco powder 4 tbs
Butter 3 tbs
Sugar 10 tbs
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Water 1/3 cup
Cook all together 10-15 min until thick
2nd topping
Milk chocolate 100 gm
Milk 4 tbs
Melt chocolate in water bath with 4 tbs milk
3rd topping
White chocolate 100 gm
Milk 4 tbs
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Melt white chocolate with 4 tbs milk and vanilla extract in water bath
Now take the dough and knead it again
Divide and roll
Cut donuts with donut cutter
Fry on low flame until both sides are golden
Coat with toppings
Sprinkle the sprinkles
