THE THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
Heart Hot Cocoa Bombs:
-1 cup white coating chocolate
-3 tablespoons hot cocoa mix, divided
-1 1/2 teaspoons pink heart sprinkles, divided
-30 mini marshmallows, divided
-1 1/4 cups milk
-1/4 cup red coating chocolate
-Sprinkles: red, pink and white
Chocolate Cake:
-2 cups all-purpose flour
-1/4 cup cocoa powder
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, room temperature
-2 cups sugar
-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-3 large eggs
-1 cup sour cream
-1/2 cup whole milk
-1 1/2 tablespoon red food color
Cream Cheese Buttercream:
-1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, room temperature
-2 cups powdered sugar
-8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
-Pinch of salt
Decoration:
-Fondant: red and black
-Cornstarch
-Tylose powder
-American buttercream
-Chocolate candies
Rose Strawberries:
-13 round strawberries
-13 wooden skewers
