1️⃣ Air Fryer Keto Taco Bites: https://fabulesslyfrugal.com/recipes/keto-taco-bites-recipe/
2️⃣ Air Fryer Empanadas: Cook 1 lb ground beef with 1/2 bell pepper and onion diced at 380F/190C for 7min, stir halfway. Add 1 tsp cumin, garlic powder, oregano & 1/2 tsp salt, paprika, onion powder. Cook for 2min. Add meat to bowl with 4oz tomato sauce & 2 tbsp water. Place meat on discos, pie crust, or pillsbury dough.
Egg wash & cook at 350F/175C for 6-8min.
3️⃣ Air Fryer Hamburgers: Combine 1 lb ground beef, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper. Form 3-4 patties. Preheat 400F/200C for 5 min. Cook 380F/190C for 4-8min. Cooking time depends on thickness of patties. Done when reaches internal temp of 160F/71C.
4️⃣ Air Fryer California Beef Burger Bowl: Combine 1 lb ground beef, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper with 2-4 slices bacon. Cook at 38-F/190C for 7 min, stir halfway. Eat with lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado, sharp cheddar cheese.
