Chicken dhaka recipe:-
Ingredients for dhaka chicken recipe
Step 1:-
1. Chicken (boneless) 500grms
2. Garlic powder 1tbsp
3. Ginger powder 1tbsp
4. Lemon juice 1tbsp
5. Black pepper 1tbsp
6. Red chili (grinded) 1tbsp
7. Salt 1tbsp
Mix all these spices along with chicken and marinate for one hour minimum.
Step 2:-
1. Corn flour 4tbsp
2.seasame seeds 2tbsp
3. Egg 1 medium
After that mix these three ingredients and apply on marinated chicken.
Step 3:-
1. Cooking oil 1 cup
In a fry pan at medium flame fry your chicken until a light brown color appears.
