Super easy, satisfying and of course delicious!! The best part is its zero smart points for those on WW!! You can enjoy this salad with any meal, snack, side dish! And it's great to serve for company, work party, holiday celebration, etc.. Ingredients: 1 or more cucumbers ( mine was large and 4 cups worth) 1 cup or more white vinegar 1 cup of water or more 1 tsp or more of oregano 3tbs or more Stevia, ( can use any sugar substitute and of course you can use sugar but account for the smart points on WW) Sprinkle some Pink Himalayan salt Directions : On your cutting board cut cucumbers length wise or in circles with a sharp knife and or ridge gadget. It's honestly how you prefer them! Place cucumbers in a medium size bowl and add all other ingredients. Add all ingredients and mix. Make sure you taste and see if you want more oregano, sugar or vinegar!! That is key to do!! Tip.... The longer it marinate the better the flavour!! *keep refrigerated in a sealed jar or container * Place in cute Mason jars or any jar!! Serve in a pretty bowl for company or at a celebration!!! Enjoy!!!
