Alyena shares her secret to dropping some unwanted weight in her 3 day, 3 meals detox smoothie cleanse. Each smoothie recipe is made with healthy ingredients and tastes great. Today's recipe is the Lunch detox smoothie meal replacement.
Lunch Detox Smoothie Recipe:
1/2 a cup to 1 cup of Ice
4 stalks of celery, chopped
1 cup of chopped kale (I removed the stems)
1/2 an English cucumber or 1 normal cucumber
1/2 cup of unsweetend almond milk (or milk of your choice)
Juice of half a large lime (make sure it is juicy)
1/2 a green apple
Blend everything together and ENJOY!
