Hi everyone! My name is Erik Voelker, and I have struggled with weight loss, health, and nutrition for many years now and I think at 21 years old it's finally time to stop the excuses. Given the current series of events worldwide I am taking this time to focus on myself and my health, and I want to document it all as a testament to show that you can do it too. I'm here to be positive, uplifting, and motivating. I also decided to throw in a quick smoothie recipe that I have come to enjoy because it is so quick, easy, and healthy! I hope you enjoy my content, so please like, subscribe and leave a comment telling me more about what you would like to see from this channel! - Erik Easy Smoothie Recipe: - 1/2 Banana - 1/2 Frozen Banana - 1 Cup Three Berry Blend (Kirkland) - 1 Serving Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Whey (I used 2 scoops, but they were each 1/2 a serving) - 3/4 cup to 1 cup of water, depending on how thick you like your shake Calories and Macros: 301kcal 47C 1F 26P
