?️ Ingredients for chicken tikka piece ( 700 – 800 g chicken )
– chicken 700-800g or as reqired
– yougurt 4 tbs
– ginger garlic paste
– red chili paste 1 tbs or use powder
– salt 1 tsp
– whole spice powder 1 tsp
– coriander powder 2 tsp
– termuric 1 tsp for better colour
– lemon juice 3-4 tbs
?️ Ingredients for malai chicken gravy
– chicken 1 kg
– onion 2 medium size
– ginger 2 pieces
– garlic cloves 8-10
– yougurt 400g
– cream 1/2 cup or 100 ml
– black peper 1/2 tbs
– salt 1/2 tbs
– cumin powder 1/2 tbs
– coriander powder 1/2 tbs
– white peper 1 tsp
– green chili paste 1 tbs
– oil as required
– pinch of whole spice powder
?️ Ingredients for russian salad
– mayonnaise 1/2 cup
– cream 1/2 cup
– sugar powder 1 tbs
– black peper 1 tsp
– apple 1/2 kg or as required
– banana 6 or as required
– carrot 1/2 cup boiled
– peas 1/2 cup boiled
– macaroni 1/2 cup boiled
