How about starting your day with a smoothie...? "Dates Smoothie" - a highly nutritious smoothie with so much of goodness since it consists of dates and banana. Both fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals and gives us energy. If you doesnt like to eat dates, then i highly recommend you to have this smoothie. Am sure you'll start to like dates and will have dates in smoothie form. So lets see how this simple, easy and quick smoothie is being prepared: ~Dates Smoothie~ Ingredients: Dates (pitted) - 4 pcs Banana (frozen) - 1 cup Almond milk - 1/2 cup Cinnamon powder - 1/8 tsp Vanilla essence - 1/8 tsp Ice cubes - 1/2 cup Method: 1) Blend all the ingredients together. 2) Pour it into a serving glass. 3) Dates smoothie is ready! Tip: Can substitue milk instead of almond milk.
