Cucumber Mint Martini

Here's the recipe: CUCUMBER MINT MARTINI 2 oz. (60ml) Gin Splash Simple Syrup Splash Sparkling Water 1/4 Cucumber Juice of 1/4 of a Lemon 4 Mint Leaves Garnish: Cucumber Wheel/Mint Sprig PREPARATION 1. Add cucumber, mint, lemon juice and simple syrup into base of glass and muddle well. 2. Add ice to glass and pour in gin. Shake vigorously. 3. Strain mix into glass and top with sparkling water. 4.
