Try this Crispy Chicken Veggie Buns at home and give us feedback! #ChickenVegBuns #ChickenBuns #VegBuns #Buns Crispy Chicken Veggie Buns Ingredients for Dough: All-purpose flour (Maida) 2 cups Salt 1/2 tsp Oil 2 tbsp Water as required Ingredients for Chicken Veggie Mixture: Oil 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Carrot (chopped) 1/2 cup Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup Salt to taste Red chili flakes 1 tbsp White pepper powder 1 tsp Red chili powder 1/2 tsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Chicken boneless (shredded) 1/2 kg Peas (boiled) 1/2 cup Green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup Chili sauce 2 tbsp Oil (for frying) as required Ingredients for Assembling: Prepared dough Chicken Veggie Mixture as required Water (for brushing) Oil (for brushing) Sesame seeds (for sprinkle) Nigella seeds (for sprinkle) Directions for Dough Preparation: 1. In a bowl, add flour, salt and oil. Add water as per your requirement and knead until soft is formed. Rest for 15-20 minutes. Directions for Chicken Veggie Mixture Preparation: 2. In a pan, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste. Sauté for a minute and then add chopped carrot, boiled peas, capsicum, white pepper powder, red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, chili sauce, soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Now add boiled shredded chicken and cook for about 3 minutes. Add green onion in the end and cook for another 1 minute. Your mixture is ready. Directions for Assembling: 4. Now place the dough on the mat and cut it into 8 equal parts. Now take one part and flatten it with your hands. Brush the edges with water and add the filling in the middle. 5. Cover the sides making the bun shape and brush the top with oil and sprinkle sesame seeds, black seeds. 6. Fry them on low medium flame from each side until they are light golden in color. 7. Your Crispy Chicken Veggie Buns are ready. Preparation time: 10-15 mins Cooking time: 25-30 mins Serving: 4-5
